- 1 large tomato, diced

- ½ jalapeño, minced
- 2-3 Tbsp. lime juice
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp. pepper
- ½ avocado, diced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Cayenne to taste

Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together. When seasoning with cayenne, keep in mind that a very little goes a long way, so start with just a pinch.
- Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 days.
