Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Place fish on the baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with black pepper and paprika.
  3. Bake until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork (10-12 minutes).
  4. While fish bakes, stir together remaining ingredients except lemons.
  5. To serve, squeeze a lemon wedge over each fillet. Top with equal amounts of the pepper-olive mixture.
