[NEW] Sweet Potato Wedges With Apple Cider Reduction

Ingredients

  • 2 sweet potatoes Vegetable oil spray
  • 2 cups apple cider ¼ tsp. almond extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Spray sweet potato wedges with oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake until tender (40-45 minutes).
  3. While potatoes are cooking, simmer apple cider in saucepan over medium heat until reduced to a thick syrup, stirring occasionally (45-50 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in almond extract.
  4. Serve syrup hot as a dip for the wedges.
