Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 lb. zucchini, sliced
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- ½ tsp. grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 1½ tsp. dark-roasted sesame oil

Instructions
- Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the zucchini, onion, and ginger. Stir-fry until zucchini is tender (5-8 minutes).
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to blend.
