- 2 cups almonds
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- ½ tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. coriander
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Toss all ingredients together and spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake about until almonds are toasted, stirring twice (10 minutes). Cool before serving.
