Ingredients
- 8 oz. linguine
½ Tbsp. olive oil
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
- While pasta cooks, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until translucent (3-5 minutes).
- Add cabbage to pan and stir-fry for until cabbage is soft and browning (8-10 minutes).
- Toss cooked pasta, salt, and pepper with cabbage mixture in pan and sauté to combine flavors (2-3 minutes).
