Ingredients

  • 8 oz. linguine
  • ½ Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
  2. While pasta cooks, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until translucent (3-5 minutes).
  3. Add cabbage to pan and stir-fry for until cabbage is soft and browning (8-10 minutes).
  4. Toss cooked pasta, salt, and pepper with cabbage mixture in pan and sauté to combine flavors (2-3 minutes).
