Ingredients
- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 cup apple juice
- ¼ cup onion, chopped
- ½ tsp. sage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 4 tsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Granny Smith apples, sliced

Instructions
- Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Sprinkle chicken with salt. Cook chicken, flipping halfway through, until it reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF (8-10 minutes). Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add peppers, juice, onion, sage, garlic, and pepper to skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until vegetables are tender (2-3 minutes).
- In a small bowl, combine water and cornstarch. Stir in apples. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly (2-3 minutes). Return chicken to skillet and heat through to serve.
