Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced onion
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 dried shitake mushrooms, rehydrated and sliced
- 4 cups sliced Napa cabbage
- 2 cups halved red grapes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Pepper to taste
¼ cup water
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
Instructions
- Sauté onion in oil until tender (6-8 minutes).
- Add mushrooms, cabbage, grapes, basil, and pepper to onions and stir-fry until cabbage is crisp-tender (4-5 minutes).
- Combine water and cornstarch. Stir into cabbage.
- Cook until sauce thickens (1-2 minutes). Serve.
