Ingredients

  • 1 lb. tilapia fillets
  • 2 cups chopped tomato
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup chopped bell peppers
  • ½ tsp. minced jalapeño
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Place fish in baking dish.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients except for cilantro together and spread across fish.
  3. Broil fish on high until cooked through (10 minutes per inch of thickness).
  4. Garnish with cilantro to serve.
