Ingredients
- 6 oz. whole wheat rotini
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 (
- 4 oz.) jar Guiding Stars-worthy tomato sauce
- 2 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- While pasta cooks, in a medium skillet over medium heat, sauté oil and garlic until fragrant (5 minutes).
- Stir in sauce and spinach and heat through (4-5 minutes)
- Toss pasta with sauce and spinach to serve.
