Ingredients
- 1 lb. frozen, shelled edamame
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1½ tsp. olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Run the edamame under water in a colander to thaw. Drain and pat dry.
- Toss all ingredients together and spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Roast until crisp and golden (50-60 minutes).
