Ingredients

  • ½ banana, sliced and frozen 2 strawberries, sliced ¼ cup blueberries ½ cup skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar-free vanilla yogurt 2 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place the banana pieces, strawberries, blueberries, milk, vanilla extract, yogurt, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth.
