Ingredients
- 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 4 fresh basil leaves, minced
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 4 (½") slices sourdough bread
- 1½ Tbsp. olive oil
- Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Toss together tomatoes, basil, oregano, and garlic.
- Toast bread slices to desired brownness. Spoon the tomato mixture evenly over the toasted bread slices. Drizzle olive oil over the top and pepper to taste.
