Ingredients

  • 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 fresh basil leaves, minced
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 4 (½") slices sourdough bread
  • 1½ Tbsp. olive oil
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss together tomatoes, basil, oregano, and garlic.
  2. Toast bread slices to desired brownness. Spoon the tomato mixture evenly over the toasted bread slices. Drizzle olive oil over the top and pepper to taste.
