Peanut Butter Banana Cocoa Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 T. natural peanut butter
  • 2 T. Hemp Hearts
  • 1 t. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 t. pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, heat milk until small bubbles form.
  2. Add banana and remaining ingredients to blender. Carefully pour milk in milk into blender. Cover, and blend on low for a few seconds, then increase speed to high until well blended.
  3. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
