Ingredients
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 banana
- 1 T. natural peanut butter
- 2 T. Hemp Hearts
- 1 t. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 t. pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, heat milk until small bubbles form.
- Add banana and remaining ingredients to blender. Carefully pour milk in milk into blender. Cover, and blend on low for a few seconds, then increase speed to high until well blended.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy!
