Ingredients

  • 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tsp. olive oil ½ tsp. orange zest ¼ tsp. salt Pepper to taste ¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted

Directions

  1. Place a steamer basket in a large saucepan, add 1" water, and bring to a boil. Put green beans in the basket and steam until tender (5-6 minutes).
  2. Toss the green beans in a large bowl with remaining ingredients.
