Ingredients
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- ¼ tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ½ banana, mashed
- ¼ cup egg whites
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. raisins

Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients except raisins until well combined. Gently stir in raisins.
- Lightly spray a microwave-safe mug with cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the mug and microwave until just cooked (60-90 seconds).
- Let cool slightly before serving (5 minutes).
