- 1/2 c. chia seeds
- 1 1/2 c. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 c. brewed coffee, cooled
- 6 dates, pitted
- 1/3 c. cocoa powder
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1 t. instant espresso powder

Instructions
- <ul> <li>Combine chia seeds, almond milk, coffee and dates. Stir. Refrigerate at least 8 hours, or overnight.</li> <li>Blend the chilled ingredients until smooth.</li> <li>Add in the cocoa powder, vanilla, and espresso powder. Blend until smooth.</li></ul>
