Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 Tbsp. plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. peanut butter 1 small, very ripe banana, frozen and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. oatmeal
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
Ensure you brown the meat thoroughly; that "crispy crust" is where all the flavor for the gravy comes from.
