½ cup chopped bell pepper
1 medium tomato, diced

Instructions
In a medium saucepan, cook onion and pepper in veggie broth until tender (5 minutes). Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook over low heat until vegetables are tender (10-15 minutes).
