Ingredients
- 1 1/2 t. olive oil
- 1/8 t. crushed red pepper
- 4 oz, shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves garlic, minced and divided
- 1 med. zucchini, spiralized
- 1/2 c. grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 lemon

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 teaspoon of oil and crushed red pepper. Add the shrimp; cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add half of the garlic and continue cooking until the shrimp is cooked through. Set aside.
- Add the remaining oil and garlic to the pan, and add zucchini noodles. Cook until just softened.
- Add the shrimp and tomatoes to the pan and squeeze the lemon over the dish. Remove from heat and serve.
