Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 4 (4 oz.) halibut fillets or steaks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Lightly coat a baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together everything but the fish.
  3. Arrange the halibut on the baking pan. Spoon the tomato mixture over the fish. Bake until the fish flakes easily with a fork (10-15 minutes).
