Instructions
- Whisk together marinade ingredients. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade. Toss chicken with remaining marinade and place in the refrigerator (1-12 hours).
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- While grill heats, place pesto ingredients and the reserved marinade in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard. Grill chicken until it reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF. Serve with the cilantro-sesame pesto.
