Directions
- Place all sauce ingredients in food processor and process until finely chopped.
- Heat grill to medium. Press red and black peppers evenly onto steaks. Grill to a minimum internal temperature of 145ºF, turning once (8-10 minutes per side).
- Carve steak into slices. Serve with sauce.
