Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. green beans, chopped
- ½ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Instructions
- Heat oil in large skillet. Sauté onion until brown (7-8 minutes).
- Stir in green beans, salt, and black pepper. Heat through (3-5 minutes).
