Ingredients
- 5 tomatoes, sliced
1 cucumber, diced
3 scallions, sliced
16 Greek olives, rinsed
- 2 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. oregano
