Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. edamame, cooked and chilled
  • 1/2 c. corn
  • 1/4 Hass avocado

Instructions

  1. Peel, seed, and cube grapefruit.
  2. Peel and cube avocado.
  3. Add the corn and edamame to the grapefruit and avocado and gently toss. Serve chilled.
