- 1 red grapefruit
- 1/2 c. edamame, cooked and chilled
- 1/2 c. corn
- 1/4 Hass avocado

Instructions
- Peel, seed, and cube grapefruit.
- Peel and cube avocado.
- Add the corn and edamame to the grapefruit and avocado and gently toss. Serve chilled.
