Instructions
- Whisk marinade ingredients together and divide in half. Place half of marinade and steak in plastic bag. Seal bag, turn steaks to coat, and refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
- Stir mayonnaise into remaining half of marinade. Cover and refrigerate while steak is marinating.
- Remove steaks from marinade and discard marinade.
- Heat grill to medium. Grill steaks to a minimum internal temperature of 145ºF, turning once (7-10 minutes per side). Serve hot topped with mayonnaise sauce.
