Drying fruit puree to perfection might seem daunting at first, but it's easy to get the hang of. If you overdry the fruit, no worries—just let it sit out to soften. Cut it into fun shapes with cookie cutters or roll it up for a healthier mimicry of popular prepared fruit snacks.
