Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender (5-6 minutes)
  2. In small saucepan, mix lemon juice, oil and garlic. Simmer over low heat to combine flavors (2-3 minutes).
  3. Toss veggies with lemon sauce and garnish with parsley to serve.
