Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender (5-6 minutes)
- In small saucepan, mix lemon juice, oil and garlic. Simmer over low heat to combine flavors (2-3 minutes).
- Toss veggies with lemon sauce and garnish with parsley to serve.
