Ingredients
- 3 cups baby carrots
- 2 tsp. olive oil
½ tsp. lemon pepper
- 2 tsp. dill
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Toss the carrots with the oil, lemon pepper, and dill. Spread on a baking sheet and roast until tender (25-30 minutes). Serve warm.
