Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
1 tomato
1-2 T. fresh chives
1 radish
- 8 oz. plain, low-fat yogurt
1/4 t. salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Dice cucumber, tomato, radish, and chives into small cubes.
- Place in a bowl and add yogurt.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix and serve.
