[NEW] Cranberry Orange Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups cranberries ⅓ cup orange juice Zest of 1 orange 1 pinch ginger 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 clove
  • 2 tsp. Splenda brown sugar blend

Directions

  1. Heat all ingredients to a simmer over medium.
  2. With a large spoon press down on the cranberries to squash them.
  3. Heat until sauce begins to thicken (5 minutes).
  4. Allow to cool and remove clove before serving.
