Ingredients
- 1 (11 oz.) bag coleslaw mix
- ⅔ cup grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup raisins
- ½ cup shredded light sharp cheddar

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all vegetables, sunflower and chia seeds, raisins and cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix together dressing ingredients.
- Pour dressing over vegetable mixture and toss to coat.
