Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz.) tilapia fillets
- 1/2 c. fresh orange juice (about 1 orange)
- 3 T. fresh lime juice
- 1 t. brown sugar
- 1 T. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 t. lower-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/2 t. ground cumin
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 1/4 t. ground red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 t. paprika

Instructions
- Arrange fish in a single layer in a shallow roasting pan coated lined with parchment paper. Combine orange juice with remaining ingredients except for paprika; pour over fish. Let stand 15 minutes.
- Preheat broiler.
- Sprinkle fish with paprika; broil 15 minutes. Drizzle sauce over fish to serve.
