[NEW] Cherry Chunk Overnight Oats

You can use frozen or fresh cherries interchangeably in this recipe. If you want the chocolate to hold some chunk form instead of melting in to flavor the oatmeal evenly, heat the oatmeal for less time. Tip: Give steel cut oats a try if that's what you have on hand. They soak up the liquid more thoroughly, making for a thicker dish.

Chef's Practical Notes

Ensure you brown the meat thoroughly; that "crispy crust" is where all the flavor for the gravy comes from.
