Ingredients
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1 (6 oz.) jar roasted red pepper, drained
- ½ cup nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions
- Soak cashews for at least a half an hour or overnight.
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add water, as needed to obtain desired thickness.
- Pour into a saucepan and heat on medium until thickened, stirring often with a whisk (5 minutes).
