[NEW] Blt Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. whole wheat pasta, cooked, drained and cooled 2 c. baby spinach leaves 1 pt. cherry or grape tomatoes, halved ½ c. low-fat shredded cheese 2 T. bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Combine all salad ingredients, except dressing, in a large bowl and stir well to combine. Chill up to 24 hours before serving.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Toss salad with dressing and mix to coat thoroughly.
