- Heat grill to medium. Combine minced garlic and pepper in small bowl; press evenly onto beef steak. Grill steak and tomatoes at the same time. Grill tomatoes cut-side down until just tender, turning once (6-8 minutes). Grill steak to a minimum internal temperature of 145ºF, turning once (8-10 minutes per side).
- Place tomato pesto ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and process until smooth.
- Stir butter into polenta. Carve steak into slices and serve with polenta, peas, and tomato pesto.
