Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ cup fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 12 oz. whole grain spaghetti, cooked
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup corn

Instructions
- Combine avocado, basil, garlic and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor. Add oil in a slow stream until well pureed.
- Toss with hot pasta, cherry tomatoes and corn. Serve immediately.
