Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (9 oz.) package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and well drained
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
- In a large food processor, combine everything except green onion. Cover and process until nearly smooth.
- Transfer bean mixture to a serving bowl and stir in the green onion, reserving some for garnish if desired.
