Ingredients
- ½ cup wheatberries
- ½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup shelled edamame
- ½ yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 cup chopped grape tomatoes
- ½ cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Pepper to taste

- Cook wheatberries according to package directions. Rinse and cool.
