Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss filling ingredients together. Divide among four (6 oz.) oven-safe ramekins.
- Stir together topping ingredients in a separate bowl. Sprinkle over the filling mixture.
- Place the ramekins on a baking sheet. Bake until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden (20-25 minutes). Let stand for at least 10 minutes before serving.
