Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together marinade ingredients. Pour mixture into a freezer bag.
  2. Add the tenderloins to the bag and seal. Refrigerate to marinate (30 minutes).
  3. Preheat the oven to 400º F.
  4. Remove the tenderloins from the marinade and place in a roasting pan. Roast until meat reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165º F (45 minutes).
  5. While meat cooks, place marinade and broth in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and keep at a boil for at least 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium and cook until slightly thickened (5 minutes).
  6. Serve pork thinly sliced with sauce on the side.
