Ingredients
- 4 c.100% fruit juice
4 T. gelatin powder
1 c. fresh fruit, chopped
Instructions
- Bring 3 cups of the juice to a boil.
- In a separate bowl, combine the remaining cold juice with the gelatin powder. Mix well.
- Add the hot juice to the gelatin powder and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Stir in fruit and refrigerate until firmly set, 3-4 hours.
