Ingredients
- 4 lg. Portobello mushroom caps
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 1/2 c. marinara sauce (3 Guiding Stars)
- 1/4 c. fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 1/4 c. pepper jack cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375º F. Bake mushroom caps face-up on a silicone-lined baking sheet until soft, 15-20 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown turkey. Drain grease and add sauce and spices.
- Set the oven to the broil setting.
- Fill mushroom caps with turkey mixture and top with shredded cheese. Turn broiler on and broil until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes.
