I wanted to give you a little taste of the Guiding Stars happenings in my Portsmouth and Exeter stores. I offer a kids cooking and nutrition class in both stores (1 class a month in Portsmouth, 2 classes a month in Exeter) and Guiding Stars is always a focus and big hit with the kids.

Since our very beginning as a project at Hannaford in 2006, we've been delighted to bring our easy-to-use, science-grounded nutritional guidance program into a wider national market and even into Canada. Our algorithms have been awarded three independent patents and our program has been demonstrated as valuable for changing behavior in several independent studies. All of our success and growth has come from the enthusiastic support and advocacy of our partners, who are dedicated to making nutritious choices easier for the people they serve.
