Ingredients
- ¼ cup canola oil 1 onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped 1½ lbs. ground turkey breast
- 6 cloves garlic, minced ¼ cup chili powder ¼ cup whole-wheat flour 2 (

- 1 oz. dark chocolate, chopped 2 (
- 5 oz.) cans no-salt-added diced tomatoes 2 (
- 5 oz.) cans no-salt-added kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups corn 1¼ tsp. salt
- 4 oz. tortilla chips

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat. Add the onions and pepper and sauté until they soften and brown (8-10 minutes).
- Add turkey, breaking up, and cook until brown (5-8 minutes). Drain fat.
- Add garlic, chili powder, and flour. Cook, stirring, until flour smells nutty (1 minute).
- Add beer, chocolate, and tomatoes. Simmer until the sauce thickens and the turkey is fully cooked, stirring occasionally (20 minutes).
- Stir in the beans, corn, and salt. Cook until heated through (3-5 minutes)
- Serve hot with tortilla chips.
