[NEW] Lentils With Carrots

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 3 cups finely diced carrot
  • 1 cup brown lentils ¼ cup minced onion ½ tsp. salt 1 bay leaf
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

  1. Combine everything but butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until lentils are tender and liquid is absorbed (25-30 minutes)
  2. Discard bay leaf and stir in butter to serve.
