Ingredients
- 2 tsp. active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water ½ tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1¼ cups whole wheat flour 1½ cups all-purpose flour 1¼ tsp. salt

Instructions
- Stir together yeast, water, sugar, and oil. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour and salt. Stir in the yeast mixture and continue stirring until you have a tacky dough ball.
- Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until you have a smooth dough, adding flour as needed to prevent sticking (5-8 minutes).
- Shape the dough into a ball. Coat a large bowl lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Place the dough in the bowl and turn once to coat. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm spot until doubled (1-2 hours).
- Divide the dough into two equal balls. Coat a baking tray with non-stick cooking spray and place the balls on it, covering with plastic wrap. Let rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Use dough as directed in your favorite pizza recipe. Dough can be stored, tightly covered in the fridge, for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
