Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread (3 Guiding Stars) 1 sm. avocado, sliced 1 sm. cucumber, sliced 2 hearts of palm, sliced lengthwise 6 watercress or arugula leaves 10 cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread, if desired.
  2. Layer ingredients on bread as you wish and eat immediately.
